New Years Eve – Happy New Year

horsd6.jpgNew Years Eve is celebrated differently by different people. Some folks like to go out and party on the town. The excitement of watching the ball drop in Times Square is a must for many New Yorkers. Others prefer an intimate small gathering of friends and family.  I have done it all and for some unknown reason, I prefer a small gathering with an intimate  group of friends.

I am not in favor of a big New Years Eve dinner. My preference is to meet a few hours before the clock ushers in The New Year with  Hors d’ Oeuvres and sparkling wine.

This is how we celebrated and we enjoyed a nice quiet New Years Eve. We wish everyone a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous 2012.
